Yes, but it would be the same as constantly switching rings, which people do. Sure wisdom makes a nice bonus, but you do have to take the weapon off to cast spells, and then put it back on right after you cast, and if you want to melee a bit you have to take it off again... I think mostly people would use it to get the god spells/relics, which would really be a bad thing, maybe then people would start following other gods other than 90% on gov. people would go to bile or ogma for deseases, or aengus for his bow and defence spell (+30 resist all, yum
), or, if other methods of getting good wis and pow come around, brigid, for her nice gloves, awesome shield, and better spells
