The mirror shield is supposed to be better than the level1 shield, but it isn't. The reason? Because it's bugged.
When a shot hits the newbie shield, it bounces off and no damage is taken. When a shot hits the mirror shield, it's supposed to bounce and hit the other direction. But it doesn't work, you can't hurt people or baddies with the deflected arrow.
However, if a shot hits you while you have the mirror shield and you're moving, it's likely to still hurt you. I don't know exactly why, but I think because you see the shot bounce off and you walk into it. If you have the newbie shield, it won't. That's why the newbie shield is better. Actually, it makes a big difference. the newbie shield is
much better.
Pretty lame, ey? They should fix the mirror shield.
