It is pretty clear on who to contact for certain things . There is a chain of command on Graal as in real life, going straight to Stefan or Unixmad is not the proper way of doing it and is why you don't get an answer 99% of the time.
Account problems --- Go to Lyndzey ( Accounts Admin )
That's her job.
Playerworld Problems--- Go to the PWA
Thats their job
if you follow these 2 simple guildelines you just may get something done alot sooner.. |
