Ugh, no. I disagree with that rule and you on this one. Only Stefan and unixmad can IP ban and we know how hard it is to get in contact with them (like fugitive Saddam and Bin Laden). Anyways, this should stay unless one of you global goody-two shoes will work this out.
I don't like the chances of that though...
