Ok... after the origional 3 were handed out and stats were revealed... people were like "Woah I want one!" and "OMG! That's not fair!" ... So more hammers were released via more events... I can recall event announcements for 3 different Dwarven Warhammers of Might... and I remember hearing one for an Agility one...
Edit: Add-on: No matter how much justice sense you or anyone has... Graal will never be corruption free... ever... people do not all respect Graal Online the same. Some regard it as a place to hang out... others see it as a place to enjoy the fundamentals of kicking people in the balls and smearing misery in their face.
