Okay, the first person that I make the joke towards that tells me to stop, I will. It's not like I'm harassing anyone about it.
The joke isn't an obsession, it's the same type of thing as the "omg kthnxdie" stuff. People get in the habit of doing it and it just becomes a common thing. I think it's rather sexist of you to single out women like they all think what I'm doing is wrong. People make jokes with other people all the time, not everyone is going to like the joke, including the person that the joke is about.
If it was so out of line I wouldn't have posted it. I didn't find anything wrong with it, and nobody has said anything about it until Tseng opened his big mouth.
You guys have a habit of totally blowing my threads out of proportion, and getting the wrong idea about a post. Dare I bring up the thread Stefan made in the playerworld forum about the profanity filter he made? I'm sick and tired of having my posts picked apart by you two, when you don't even understand the meaning behind the post. You just storm in and make assumptions and then when I explain myself, you just try to act as if your accusations were noble or something.
Again, you decipher things the way you want to. The avatar is winking because it's showing that babies will be available on Oasis. It wasn't my intention to have it mean anything else. Until the targeted individual points out that they do not like the joke I made towards them, and that it was distasteful, then please shut up. Because I don't really see the point in you even mentioning it if it's not offending anyone but yourself, and you're sitting here saying you're concerned about these people that aren't saying anything.
Please don't act as if you're the voice of justice, and that these people are just too afraid to come forward, or that I'm somehow cyber-molesting these people, or that they are taking offense to it. If they were, they would say something.
I don't see how you can say my intention had nothing to do with it. You're the one always throwing "context" in my face. This has nothing to do with my gender. If I was female, I'd make the same joke. I've had girls say I'm going to have their baby. Should I be offended? It's a joke. Now I'll make another old but seemingly popular joke: Did you miss the clue bus?
