What I would basicly do is add a snowy world map that connects to Mt.Antora (Bommy Wastes). The Crimson Forest. An area that connects to Miners' town (The place in the red trees with the mushroom farming) which would be one uberly large forest, The Lunar Desert, think SoM. It would connect to the Samurai Desert, and be a massive desert full of pyramids for monster slaying, outposts with goodies, and such. And of course, the Graal Archipleago, which is south of the southern ocean.
12) Above all else, make the game enjoyable for everyone.

12) Kind of broad, don't you think? Also kind of impossible, unless you plan on brainwashing all of the players.
