You can't get killed that easily in pmode, so most of these "owners" don't bother.

On the other hand, newbies usually don't have event items, i.e. they can more easily get their stuff back by crafting it anew - still I see your point, and I think at least there should be a warning incorporated to the first tasks - maybe even an NPC scamming you.

I'd love such a system, even though I don't think turn-based would work for Graal. Better party-system would be very good an idea. I cannot think of a good way to keep players from kill-stealing though - weak players can decide to leave a lord to a stronger one as they can't kill it, and stronger ones can weaken them for weak players. I don't think there's a proper system to reflect that... Maybe it could be made so whoever hits a monster gets an amount of exp equal to the damage they dealt... it wouldn't prevent ksing, but lower the loss.
