on the ban stuff they should have date banned and date to be unbanned. And when the unbanned date comes around then the admins would be notified.

On Npulse I started a doc file which has the Admin , persons account name , warned, jailed or banned (done by numbers 1= warning 2=jail 3= banning ) date of action taken and release date if any.(which refers to permanent ban) Now Npulse also has a complaints email so if you are banned and it is time for you to be released , you email that email which all high Admins get a copy of and it is taken care of. If you are jailed all you have to do is tell any GP online your time is up or ask if it is if you forgot , they then reference the doc file to check the dates of violation and release. The doc file is done by month and a new one is made at the begining of each month. All GPs and Admins are responsible for logging any action like this when they occur. I started this over 2 years ago when it was apparent putting comments in the account didn't always stay and were getting wiped out so I devised this system which is still in use today even though I am not Manager any more. It would be a good thing for all PWs to do, it also helps keep track and gives you a permanent history of trouble makers on your server. Which will help if you are making a case for permanent ban for someone.
