Well, sort of like that, yes. Have you ever played Habo Hotel or Coke Music, or even some popular MMORPG games online, they have a global messaging system, you can block, add buddies, and everything. But they also have a option buttion you click on to send messages to admins currently online. That way you can contact one of the admins for help and recieve help fast.
That alone is what I am trying to say, but in order for that to work we need a team of admins, that are on at different times of the day so that international players can get the help they need when they need it, not when American admins get on.
The admins should also have the rights to edit all account information, login to any playerworld, basically full rights for everything. If Unixmad thinks this is too risky, he will have to hire people.
