I dont think you understood my post. Some laguages are more easyer then others for certain people weather they are computer laguages or real laguages. Bug or mestakes will happen because 1 laguage may be harder or easyer for a certain person.
What I say saying was that, that person probably ment bugs as in bugs in scripts will happen less with c++ because more people know it better. Its like lets say you were to have 10 students that speak english write an essay in english. Now lets say you were to have 10 japanese students write an essay in english after having learned english as a second laguage. You would probably assume that the Japanese students after having just learned english as a second laguage would probably have more mestakes in their essays then the english students would. Seeing as how japanese is the japanese students first laguage they may not understand english as well as someone who knows english as a first laguage depending on the person. This is like computer laguage, alot of people know c++ more commonly then regular graal code. So people may make more mestakes as in bugs. So a language can be buggy depending on how hard it is to learn who is learning it and who is using it. It depends on the user and not so much the language it self.
