You're quite right. The only way it would be dealt with appropriately is going to either Stefan or unixmad. Spark is also extremely good when it comes to punishments.
Emily, if it keeps up or starts getting worse, I recommend you get proof of what is being said as well as if there are any witnesses. I'll be honest, if I was you Emily, I'd get the proof and go to Spark, it's probably the only way you're going to get an efficient outcome.
