Irrelevant to the case at hand. It's a matter of whether or not Tornado authorized the levels to be used.

Tornado was Gaia's manager for quite some time. During that time, he had the power to authorize some other server to use something from his server.

Yeah, they should be original - however, I'd advise searching for the truth before spreading your opinion as fact. The truth can be found when Tornado can be asked.
