The answer is simple:
Ogma+6 requires level 28 wisdom, not level 24. Sorry about your dreams being crushed and all ;[
I have been level 25 wisdom for a long time, and can still just bless ogma+5..Zoe says it takes level 28 wisdom to bless gov+6, so i assume it is the same for Ogma. |
