Everyday court battles are fought over consumer’s rights and violation of said rights. When you accept peoples money and provide them with a service, in this case a Game to play, they have the right as a consumer to access all portions to the Game as long as the terms of play are abided by and paid for; to do anything other than that constitutes fraud to the consumer.

If you deny a players right to play a server then you have to provide proof that the terms of Game play were violated, then the Game has every right to restrict as it sees fit the player but the player MUST be afforded the opportunity of making a violation first even though you know they will. To keep yourself in the right all you can do is sit back and wait for them to do that, then when they do "POW" problem solved their gone.
Just because people pay does not mean they can break the user agreement. The user agreement:

"Any GraalOnline administrator and LINUX Cyberjoueurs reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes generally accepted standards of online behavior and may, without notice and at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Graal Online System. LINUX Cyberjoueurs does not warrant or guarantee that the Graal Services and Information and the functions or services performed by the administration team will be uninterrupted or error-free."

Meaning you agreed that your account could be TERMINATED at any time for whatever reason the admin sees fit, even if it's "corrupt" or it was because of an error by that admin.

You accept the agreement, you accept the outcome. It wouldn't hold up in court at all if you tried to sue Graal because you were banned for no reason.

It also says that you agree to read the user agreement periodically, so don't say that you're unaware of the rule, as it would be your fault for not reading it.
