Ehh new PW rules are being drafted so to debate what rules or rights they have would be moot and of no true value because it is merely subjective to our own observations. But the Laws of the land do come into play as to consumer rights whether it is specifically stated on Graal or not they are still governed by the laws of the country in which it is played.
