If this was a "free game" you could get away with things like that but it isn't and the paying Player has rights , so to infringe on those rights you MUST prove without a doubt what you say happened did happen or the blame and responsiblity will fall back on you as the Owner/Manager. You have to prove the player broke the terms of use of their account , saying I saw it said on the game without proof it did , does not constitute proof. I strongly suggest you gather proof if you have it so when it comes time to show it you have it and trust me the time will come when you have to provide the proof.

You were banned without a cause, well, with a cause, but not tieable to Archaic. That was wrong and I am sorry that happened. When the server comes out, if you intend on playing it, I will give you something as compensation. As for your wifes ban...as I stated before, she was banned for a reason. I am talking with Bloo and NyT and I am going to try to work something out...this fighting between grown women needs to stop, jesus christ.
