Really ? So how is it I was banned and have no time on your server? That should have never happened under any circumstances to anyone and yet as you know it did. So it does put a dent in what you said about unjust causes. All I will say on this matter further is this, Players pay to play these servers including yours and the burden of proof of why an action was taken is on you. Sooner or later you will have to provide the proof , a I say so won't cut it.
If this was a "free game" you could get away with things like that but it isn't and the paying Player has rights , so to infringe on those rights you MUST prove without a doubt what you say happened did happen or the blame and responsiblity will fall back on you as the Owner/Manager. You have to prove the player broke the terms of use of their account , saying I saw it said on the game without proof it did , does not constitute proof. I strongly suggest you gather proof if you have it so when it comes time to show it you have it and trust me the time will come when you have to provide the proof.
