Cannon's almost anything can be made better with rotation effect.
You can even make a compass if you want ;o]

You could easily make one now but it would be so much simpler with ratation's.

And about the index thing, I didnt say I came up with it, I just said that in order to do setimgrotateeffect you would need to specify the image index.
