Then go for it , the only thing keeping you back from it is yourself. Just hold your head high on who you are and try your best , it is all you can ask of yourself is to at least try. And to all fellow applicants I want to say

Note to Spark: I noticed you said no Co-Managers shouldn't this be Asst-Managers since Co Managers are the same as a Manager with equal power on a server? Only denoting there is more than one Manager? Being I thought this was resolved and it is not a step down like an Asst Manager is but a equal partner on the Server. Just food for thought Spark.
