Indeed, though that should be clarified.
For example, if a server treats me poorly, or does not wish to learn but merely to have other people do their work for them, I can and in some cases will refuse to assist them with scripting matters.
However, this is different from the bad kind of personal matters, e.g. "I dislike this manager and thus will not do anything for them."
