Please reread the thread.
I payed 700g for my Villa and 500g to renovate it. I was not "Given" these powers. The staff were just too idiotic to fix the bugs, even after I KNOW some of them new about it.

Three trees is nothing, even though it is annoying. That is not banworthy.
I scammed people because now I have no reason to do good or follow the rules as I once did, so why shouldn't I do the same thing as 99% of my friends do and scam people ? It is enjoyable and a faster way of making money.
I dont want to talk about the firing because people who think they know what happened that got me fired will argue with me about it.

So scamming people is childish. That means over half of the players who ever played 2k1 are/were childish. I had fun doing so, and I do not regret it.
And for the last sentence, again, I did not have any more powers to do so, other then the villa, in which I payed alot of money for, it was not handed to me.

I have staff powers on the dev server like every other staff, with no abilities on the real server. I haven't been fired, but I guess if I continue like this, that will be the next step. I talked to tseng after he personally banned me, and he was giving me something to script for 2k1, so obviously I haven't been fired yet.
