In theory... that'd require... for a weapon with 10 +... should be 100 diamonds, a pw, 10 improved bonus scrolls, 110 stat potions (if what I read about is right, 1 + is 2, the next takes 4 etc - 20 otherwise)...
I actually think getting a dual RoE would be easier, but that's just me
But I do see your point, and as long the spells are worth it...
