If spells like word of recall (brings you to the last place your position was saved, like a dock) or town portal (cast it once to mark the spot, cast again to create the portal, not everywhere can get a portal (to prevent easy quests or sneaking into someone's house and only the owner and his/her party (if any) can use it) were readded then PKing would be alot more difficult.
