Neglected - Negative... for one, before the newer server came out... noone was a bomy. So why should labor be put into something that's dead? Humans nor Bomies are negected, that's just a global excuse to get the bomies things that they dont need

They are neglected. There are a ton of bugs for bomies. Not to mention that there was a good 6 months before the MAJOR bomy wailing bug was fixed.

Diverse Jobs - Bomies can choose just like Humans. So I guess I can whine like the bomies so here I go... OMGZ... I DUNT WANT TO FISH OR FARM OR MINE K? I WANT A JOB WHERE I SIT ON MY ASS AND DO NOTHING BUT TALK WITH MY FRIENDS AND GET 324204723432 GRALAT A SECOND KTHX. Have you seen Fishing? Or how about mining. Yeah, humans have to work way harder then bomies to make a living. If anything and I repeat IF ANYTHING Humans should be complaining that the wages aren't fair enough.
The thing is, you're arguing about diversity, not fairness. Bomies have a good 4 jobs, two of them for both races, and one of them useless. Humans have bread baking, pie baking (if you consider them different), mining, farming (both races), fishing, and snowcones (both races again.)
