Development Server?

Is there a requirement to obtain a Dev server for a playerworld, or with the new system would you have to rent the Dev server as if it were a real playerworld?
I am guessing rent it but I am uncertain.
Also, if you were to get that Dev server for your "established" playerworld, would there be a way to connect the FTPs of each server? (The Dev server and your established playerworld) |
