i watched my brother play on his new account and he got stuff pretty fast
hes lvl10, has 10k+ plat, 2 rof, 2 rot, bomy helm+2, sam shield+2, lucky boots+2, ammy of sustenance, blood sabre of bile+2, diamond blade of govanno+4, ebony bow of govannon+4, 30 diamonds, couple of ea and iwds, and some other stuff

granted its not the best stuff, but he got it all in 30 hours of onlinetime with about 30 more hell have even better stuff

which shows anyone can get ok stuff, they just have to be persistant
