Not true. You can use whatever pops up in your webgifs folder, unless it is official Graal Kingdoms images, then you need Stefan/Unixmad's permission.
And, uhm, does anyone mind explaining WHAT server this took place on? This isn't the right place for this type of complaint, but if you MUST post it, please be more specific and try not to be so choppy with what you DO manage to explain...
