I have RC and sometimes staff arent idling sometimes they may be working on something and not notice the PMs u sent there RC...take me for example when i work ppl PM me every 5 minute askin me to OK something or wondering if they can be staff so most of the time i dont notice that lil bubble in the bottom right of the screen nor do i always have my playerlist open so give the staff some time to reply to your PMs and dont automatically come to the conclusion that they are idling |
