Truthfully, no it probably wouldn't. I'm just being too anal about it I guess. Like I said, I'm being too black and white. This is one of those oh so controversial grey areas.
Anyway, you're the mod and I respect your decisions. I was pretty much just saying I would have handled it differently if it was my decision. That's not to say that I don't think you made the right choice. Now that I think about it from a less objective viewpoint I can understand clearly why you chose to let him stay. This is why you are the right person for your job.
