It seems quite likely that the two screenshots depect separate events, rather than a single contiguous whole. Evidence:

1) Lots of people - including Zoe - change places between the two shots. Why would she be moving if she is making a single threat?
2) Lots of time has passed. 13 food points take a while to disappear. I'd expect it would take her only a few seconds to type out the second half of the hypothetical threat.
3) The ferry messages. I don't know much about how these work, but presumably you need to approach the boat itself at some point? Such an excursion would break up the conversation.
