it's intense because this guy is trying to set up a friend of mine to be banned, which in addition to being dishonest, I think is against the EULA, regarding interferring with people's enjoyment of the game. (getting them banned fraudgulently will do that)
They guy also made life hell for a lot of people, some of whom left.
Here's the lowdown:
he sexually harrasses Misty, gets a warning
same day, sexually harrasses Zoe, in addition to lots of general harrassment of more people, gets banned
gets unbanned, gets one chance to leave Zoe and Wren alone, (like on 'parole') breaks parole, gets banned
gets unbanned, because he even though he did harrass them, someone thought he should be given another chance
gets accused of CC fraud, gets banned
gets unbanned, due to lack of evidence he commited CC fraud against GK
staff are given evidence that he commited CC fraud with other players, (and acknowlage that the evidence is credible)
...but that is not with GK, so he remains unbanned
Now he does this, (he also seems likely to have lied about loosing a pair of monkey sandals when he was banned, but that's another story)
In short, if anything, he has vindicated Tseng's decision to originally ban him, as he has abused every chance he was given since.
Now he's trying to setup my friends, and that makes it a bit 'intense'
