As you know, she did not say it, it was not taken as a threat, it was taken as something to twist into a threat, as you obviously premeditated it to be.
Note what Tseng noticed about the locations of people, etc.
You obviously faked it, and to top it off, it's the word of someone who was
proven to commit CC fraud against someone of outstanding character, you loose Toran.
Not only that, but you should be dealt with for faking such a thing.
