No, it will remain only select few who have proven themselves trustworthy, as it's always been. (With the exception of some other staff giving it out when they should not have :-\).

Becuase the accounts were not reset. I had to take a trip there to attend a student life orientation - I had hoped that unixmad would have reset the accounts in the meantime. He has not. Stefan is back, however, and I have asked him, and when he gets a spare moment he will. He wants to see 2k1 released as much as the rest of us.

All these threads keep turning into flame wars - that's why I was cllosing threads. When they had accomplished their objective, and had turned into flame wars, then they do not need to remain open.
