Either way, we as paying customers should be allowed to critisize if we wish, but i respect Kaimetsu and the position he holds and i wont go into it here.
But as i have stated once before, if my local supermarket operated like Graal does and gave me the same bad service, i would go to the complaints section, and if nothing was done, shop elsewhere.
Only the fact i'm a terrible Graal Addict keeps me here, considering my so called Graal friends one by one keep stabbing me in the back.
