Basically, I think that any railroads outside of the mines should only be placed by special people (Like for example, the railroad workers), inside of the mines it should just be free-for-all railroad building/riding... Although I tihnk that it is yet another one of the typical 2001 fads; it's just new so people want to do it, however after some time people will get bored with it and do something else. |
