I don't believe it. Not only did Ghost Pirate probably build up CP with his own hands but he made it into what was probably the greatest kingdom at the time.

I think people's idea of a pirate have become a little off. Pirates scammed, they stole, they murdered, and they backstabbed their friends. It seems to me like Ghost Pirate was trying to get the Pirates more like Pirates. It seems to me like you want the Pirates to be a bunch of honorable lady-rescuing knights who like long walks on the beach and picking daisies.

It seems to me that (third time saying that...) all of you guys are powerhungry people who are trying to make themselves look better than they really are. So you recruited a whole bunch of people. Great. Seriously, it's great that you did that, but you know what, that doesn't mean you would be a good governor.

I trust Ghost Pirate and his abilities, and I think that whoever he chooses will do just fine.
