300 Hours is a requirment is stupid any newbie can idle look at Pirat.
Having a staff member back you is better, with an RP History and before being approved they can RP with out tags and then be supported by the RP Community. Any newbie could remove the members with the current guild system as well. Or bribe every one to support them as the Kingdom leader etc.. hell look at how many leaders Zormite went through. A new one every week? Heck even other kingdoms got a piece of that action.
Having people make there own kingdoms is better. Then enforcing a strict policy on how to get up. A limit on kingdoms. Must have so many activbe members etc.. I was just giving a couple of minor examples. But the various criteria could easily be massive.
