Or maibe, everyone got problems? i got 2 brothers and 1 sister (maibe more) where i have no clue where they live, or maibe you now somebody who you knew that took hes life becuse off the mafia?
seriously, you both sounds like it was the end of the world to have a computer away in 5 hours, and if the computer is your why not just take it, shouldnt your parents make it up farely? i have paid for my own computer and my brother cant take it from me (even thought im 1.92 meters and a giant).
