I don't have too much of a problem with you being so nice as to give people chances (teaching people can be a good "investment" for the group as a whole), but there is a ranking system. Again, it should be used for situations such as this, by giving the person an appropriate rank. First Mate was/is not one.

I think Misty understands this now. I too have made mistakes in my time on Graal, we are only human, the main thing is, that we learn from them.
I still think with help she would be a wonderful Governor for CP.
If i were more interested i would ask to take over.
But being Manager of a server is stressful enough for me.
As it is, if she should be made Governor i would help her as much as i possibly could.
I'm not saying this because she is a girl, even though i do believe girls are not given a fair chance on Graal, i have had to fight for everything i have.But my own experience shows that we can do it, not everything has to be male dominated.
As i also said before, Misty has stood beside me through good times and bad, under threat of being removed from CP even.
(yes at one stage we were mutining(sp?) because we disagreed with something.But we werent alone on that, and we went on.
We have worked hard to try make it great.
