Just make sure you don't include onwall detection once he's found his node network. Don't want him drastically changing his path when he could simply walk around somebody.
Hehe man, nodes. that has got to be the absolute best idea for this kinda thing.
You can simply use the move command and avoid any lag whatsoever.
