1. Like people have said, you don't need to stress out about people having a first and last name. Of course, we don't want Mr. Bob the Warrior, so it's really the recruiter's call.
2. MORE ROLEPLAYING! You join a kingdom to roleplay. So enforce roleplaying! Also, you'll need more places to roleplay! (Events? And by events, i DO NOT MEAN WARS! Wars are trivial.)
3. Encourage inter-kingdom relations. That'll boost RPing, I think.
4. This may be a bit extreme... But block off kingdom isles to only kingdoms or wanderers (RPers not in a kingdom.) So you won't be pked by SEPHIROTH5943859389843 [LEADER OF DARK CLAN] when you're trying to rp.
5. If sombody's in a kingdom and they say stuff like "omg ****," then warn them. If they keep doing it, BANZOR THEM!
Really, you just need a system going, and then everything will be fine. But right now, nobody rps because there's nowhere to rp, and rpers usually get killed when they're trying to rp. (Count the rps in that paragraph!)
