Today Stefan got on and restarted the NPC server to fix one thing that needed fixing.
People can not party with others who are at a level difference of 8.
This means a level 30 can party with anyone 8 levels above,being 38, or 8 levels below, being 22.
So no more partying with low levels and gaining tons of exp for some of you
