I read about forts being added soom, maybe that would help - given there was some system to gain points for taking another kingdom's fort, or holding one's own. That would add some reason for war, and make allies worth something measurable. Also, there are kingdoms who aren't neutral - Dustari and Forest, last time I checked, are allies, and more are to come. |
