yes, i can relate, as i am sure a lot of other UC PW managers can.. it is tricky trying to find truly dedicated staff, who are really willing to work hard to get a server made...
most would rather sit around, and wait till the server is almost up, THEN apply... then they get to be staff, even though they didn't help with the development of the server

I have not hired an LAT/NAT/GAT in months, since EoA is nearing it's going up... and anyone who applies now will have to do a major project for the server before they are even hired
