There should be no time period set, end of story. And I think you're being rude for trying to force such a thing. Its your opinion that it should take that long. Not every necessarily agrees.
You still cannot grasp the fact that practically anyone that the three of us have hired are not exactly dedicated staff. They are usually only interested in getting backdoor access just to brag about it. Heck, I could just walk up to someone and offer them a job on my playerworld and I garauntee they'd take it without a second thought. After that, it'd only be a few days before they go "missing" and just stop showing up let alone do nothing once hired or if they do its very sub-par.

I said 6 months to be sarcastic since it seems to be such a crime to take so long to make a playerworld
