as in programmers i also meant the graphical people and such, you usually don't go over 20 members... sorry if you were confused when I stated "programmers".
I don't think you tried too hard, you can't honestly say you are the best at everything, even if someone did have something else to do... I'm sure they could have helped. You couldn't have tried too hard, no posts for tryouts or such, never hear anyone say that you asked them to join you, you didn't try.
