Most RPGs take from 2-3 years, with staff of hundreds. The staff in these are not your common-half decent staff. They are the best. They work with all their heart and all their might. Less then 5 people do I know, in fact.
People on graal are here to play a game, not make one. No one has what it takes to make a game on Graal, and out of known people I'd say Konidias is the only other person who has what it takes, and G-Yoshi as well. The unknown people only about to 2 or 3. How many worlds claim to be great? Over 60 by now. How many actually will be great? Probably about 3.
Probably 3 because they will take the time needed to make it, they will have the devotion, the skills, the intelligence, the vision. They will have what it takes to make something everyone will love.
This is how I feel, and the most honest I can be on these forums. I have shrouded it, but it is time it came out. I care not if you believe me or not, agree or not, the fact is in less then a year it will almost completely be proven true, as worlds are crushed by the might of superior worlds. The funny thing is those superior worlds will only be about 7% complete when they crush the others...and a few years later (likely 2 or 3) when they are 100%, they will be unrivaled by any but each other. 4 years of work is what will complete a game 100% alone, and beyond is what will bring the game to greater levels.

I have no clue why you just said "hundreds", I am talking about how many it take to "PROGRAM" an RPG now adays.
There is a max is usually 20 programmers for one RPG 3d now adays project, which will take a max of 3 years and that is pushing it to the maximum.
And also, They are not THE BEST, they are good.. but you can't get the best of the best everytime.
You are too ignorant to look for anyone because you want all the glory of making the best server for yourself. If your servers are soooooo great then there shouldn't be a problem finding some good help.
