I agree, either that or better means to contact those who already have the required rights. Maybe some command to send them an urgent message, which the NPCServer blocks, so it only gets through when the server is down... Something like that. Seeing how few people there are with NPC-starting rights anyway, I wonder whether there are any active europeans who would be entrusted with that... |
