i am saying it was not severe becuase all he did was send some text to her. severe would be pysicly touching her. or sending graphical images.

to sum it all up you asked how can i say it is not severe., i just want to know how these words are so severe. did they leave a bruse on your arm? do they cause you to loose sleep at night?
